I start off with the Klippan

One of the first things we bought is the Klippan. Seven years of living together as a married couple and 4 (robust) kids later, it still services us well. But the cover had seen its better days long, long time ago. Not only we have spills all the time, we also have artists in the making that put the cover to good use.

We'd seen a whale, aeroplane, the eldest learnt to spell her name, a bunk bed...ok, you get it!

It is ok if we stick to Mala drawing pens. It is just a matter of dumping the cover in the washer, and stains all gone. Trusts me parents, the ink is so easy to remove. But in our case, even a permanent-ink marker gets to be in the kids hands. And that's when we resorted to the bleach.

Anyway, now we can get a new cover for RM100. And we just know that the klippan will be with us for a long time.
